People with vision……

with 2 comments

It is so refreshing to find young people with vision. Over the last week I have spoken to a number of people, all with great ideas, businesses and more importantly vision.  My first encounter was with the guys at http://www.escapethecity.org/ with their new business enthusing people to seek their dream job and not get stuck in a rut….  Speaking to them was inspirational but to add to that they were clear in their minds about their direction. Another was Carlyle at http://www.prohabperformance.com/ who again new exactly what he wanted out of his new programme and what a hit it would be too. His development skills are immense.  There were a few others but to keep it to ‘young’, I finally talked over email to a gym owner, Yousef http://www.aymstrong.com/ in Kuwait which, incidentally, is where I got the coaching video from that I posted yesterday.

I wondered what it was that these people had in common other than great ideas.  There was vision and this vision coupled with belief was what really set them apart.  But there is one other element that I felt made the real difference and that really was the icing on the cake.  Their ability and willingness to learn which will allow them to grow. Too often this element is missing and this can contribute to stopping short or failing.  Take a look at their sites and enjoy…

  1. Thanx mark for your kind words

You are totally right, the ability and willingness to learn will allow people to grow and achieve their dreams.

Its a way to learn life, to learn it from those who have been through it and knows its secrets and wonders.

    Stay Strong,

  2. Likewise Mark. Thank you. It was definitely more inspirational to chat to you rather than the other way round. We’re at the beginning of our adventure but hopefully a willingness to change tactics in pursuit of an exciting goal or concept is going to be a factor in helping us get there. Cheers, Rob
